Welcome to Halfmind Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (“Halfmind”). By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. 1.2 This Agreement applies to all users, including those who create accounts, browse, or use the App without registration.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this App. 2.2 By using the App, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. User Account

3.1 Users may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3.3 Halfmind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any violation of this Agreement is detected.

4. Use of the App

4.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2 You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

  • Use the App to harm or exploit others, including but not limited to harassment, phishing, or impersonation.

  • Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Halfmind or its licensors. 5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without explicit written permission.

6. Privacy

6.1 Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 The App may include links or integrations with third-party services. Halfmind is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. 8.2 Halfmind does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halfmind is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to the Agreement

10.1 Halfmind reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. 10.2 Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 11.2 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
